JSC "Mtsensk Engineering Plant - KOMMASH" - is one of the leading Russian manufacturers and exporters of municipal engineering and road servicing machines.
Its history originated since 1956 from Mtsensk Mechanical plant.
For all these years the Company has been successfully expanding. At present "Mtsensk Engineering Plant - KOMMASH" has all necessary structure of the main production workshops and the developed structure of auxiliary workshops and services.

| As far as the level of plant's technical equipment concerns, "Mtsensk Engineering Plant - KOMMASH" is one of the foremost engineering plants in Russia. Production workshops are equipped with the most sophisticated machines and equipment. Flexible high precision preliminary production with usage of laser cutting and plasma cutting installations and universal steel sheet bending presses of the world leading manufacturers is organized in the plant. In 2002 a new building of assembly workshop was put into operation. It's intended for assembly of all types of Garbage collecting trucks, Combined trucks, Dump trucks on truck-chassis MAZ, KAMAZ, FORD, MAN, etc., Vacuum road-sweeping trucks, Vacuum cleaning trucks, Cesspool emptying and Channel cleaning trucks.
Reconstruction of painting workshop is coming to an end: contemporary painting equipment and technologies, which correspond the foremost demands, are implied. Design and technological departments make use of the latest computer soft and hardware. |

The Company has firm standing at the market of municipal engineering and road servicing machines. The machines with "KOMMASH" trademark have positively shown themselves at home Russian markets, as well as at markets of CIS-countries and other countries of the world. JSC "Mtsensk Engineering Plant - KOMMASH" - is one of leading Russian exporters of municipal servicing machines. The Plant's commodities are exported to many countries all over the world; among them - Iraq, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Taiwan, Iran, Bulgaria, Algeria.
Particular attention is given to the quality of the manufactured technique. The Plant has got Quality Management System Certificate, the third one since 1998, certifying that the entire production system corresponds standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000). |
At present, all the Plant's production is certified. More than once the Plant has got the Diploma of the Program "The 100 best products of Russia".
Machines produced by the Plant are equipped with high quality and durable hydraulics. High pressure hoses are manufactured of armored hoses, which correspond the European DIN-standards. It prevents breaks and leakages in places of connection. All components and parts produced at the Plant are painted before being assembled with high quality enamels. Besides, the details working in increased corrosion and wear conditions, are galvanized or chromium plated. All this provides high operational quality and reliability.
The Company carries out maintenance and warranty service in any region of Russia, CIS-countries and other countries of the world where our machines are supplied on the legal basis. We guarantee supply of the whole range of spare parts to all kinds of special equipment.
Technological facilities of the Plant make it possible to produce machines corresponding the specific needs and requirements of each customer. Machines can be modified in accordance with the customer's individual demands.
